Centrik Translations, a division of Torchia Communications, is presently looking for freelance translators (English to French) who would like to join its team on a part time basis.

The candidate would work from our downtown Montreal office 2 days per week, translating as well as revising translations, and would become one of the agency's primary resource person for work overload the rest of the week.

• BA in translation or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Agency experience an asset
• Mandate includes translating, but also revising translations
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Quality, consistency, versatility and excellent research skills a must
• Pleasant and friendly work environment
• We have various fields of specialty, namely: marketing, automotive, spirits, consumer goods, mining, and patient care services.
• Any experience consolidating or complementing existing specialties is welcome.
